Extraordinary times call for new approaches to cultural policies themselves, and to upgrade the place of culture and cultural policies in wider agendas. This message is relevant for policymakers at the local, national, regional and global level. This is the commitment of the Culture2030Goal Campaign.
The Culture2030Goal Campaign (our roadmap 2025, below) promised to revise and expand the zero-draft published in 2022. Now, on the eve of Mondiacult 2025, we have published these three documents.
- The document “The Culture Goal: from Necessity to Reality”, that is, the proposal of a Culture Goal, version 1. Available in English, French, Spanish and Catalan.
- An exhaustive document with the title “The Analytical Report on the Culture Goal, its Targets and Indicators”, with details of the stakeholder consultation, the survey, and the indicator mapping.
- An “Easy Guide on the Culture Goal” with infographics.
These documents were released and discussed in the following events:

Also, the roadmap aims at explaining our work at these keye events: the UNESCO Mondiacult Conference (Barcelona, September 2025), the World Social Summit (Doha, October 2025), and the COP 30 (Belem, November 2025).
